Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Working closely with automation marketing team and AIC Team to develop new products or enhance existing products to maximize the sales opportunity. · To complete the business cases with the marketing evaluation, the competitors’ analyst, the product conception, and the financial ROI evaluation, at least 6 -10 approved scalable business models with the company products in 2 years. · To complete the business cases with the crossing brands industrial technical products inside the company, at least 2-4 scalable business models with the multiple the company brands in 2 years. · Leading and manage cross function team for assigned automation product development, including pre-study, business case, prototype, launches, product phase-out and meet all project milestone and deadlines and manages reporting documentation · Collaborates with Global Innovation Center or BUs in championing China marketing requirements and launching global products in China · Good logic analysis and strong leadership · Good communication skill and intercultural competence · Willingness to travel, basic financial knowledge Experience · Minimum 5 years’ experience in automation or machine building and independently leading customer specific projects. · Previous experiences with robotic application · Experienced with the tightening automation process would be a plus Knowledge · Mechanical and electrical knowledge · Automotive final assembly experience is a plus
